A fifteen-year-old male should require 10 hours of sleep every night to function normally, because a tenth-grader has to pay more attention in class. If the student didnt pay attention very carefully, the student will not be able to do the homework correctly.

Teenagers need between 8 to 9 1/2 hours of sleep on a regular nightly basis. So, turn off your cell phone, shut your door and be ready to settle down by 10PM.

8 Hours at least. Without eating junk food of any kind before going to sleep. Having a healthy diet and healthy home would help a lot too!
