If we through a object to the top in moving train it will directly come to hand but if we throw it out it wont it will fall back and we will move forward why?

Let's say your train is moving at the speed of 70 Miles per hour. Everything attached to the train is moving at the same speed. The seats, the racks, the doors on the coaches, the people standing and sitting inside the train, everything is moving at the speed with which the train is moving. By the same logic, you and the ball are also moving at 70 MPH, because you and the ball are also inside the train. And similarly, the air inside the train is also moving at 70MPH. Since you, ball and the air are all moving at the same speed, you all are static with respect to one another. For the ball, neither the air, nor you are moving away, or getting closer, coz everything is travelling at the same speed. So if you throw it up, it goes up and comes down in the air that is at a constant speed of 70 MPH.

Now outside, the train, everything is at rest. The trees on the sides of the tracks are at rest. The air on the sides of the tracks is at rest. When you throw the ball outside the window, the ball suddenly changes its medium. Initially it was in the air that was travelling at 70 MPH. But as it comes out of the window, it comes in contact with air that is at rest.
This is where inertia comes into being. The ball is moving, so it tries to keep moving. The air outside the train is at rest, it tries to stay at rest. So air resists any kind of movement. This is what you call as air resistance. The air refuses to move, and also refuses the ball to move through it. But ball already has some motion, so it struggles to keep moving. Since the resistance of air is more, the ball slows down. This is where your train goes past the ball. And ultimately you keep moving, but the ball comes to a stop.

because the air outside the car is not moving along with the train

if you were on the moon, where there is no air, then if you through a ball out the top of your moon-train-car, it would drop right back into the car

when you throw the ball out of the train on earth, the air outside is moving relative to the train (because the air is stationary with the earth and the train is moving reative to the earth)

if the train is going 40 mph, then the ball experience a 40mph wind the opposite direction of train movement, as soon as it clears the protection of the train and gets into the outside air

a 40mph wind will blow the ball backwards pretty sportily

the other way to look at it, which is just as valid, is that the air holds the ball stationary with the earth and the train speeds off at 40mph

the wind out side of the train is a lot strong`er. because of the speed of the train. but the speed of the wind is the same on the inside of the train. if you through a ball up when you are inside of the train. it will come back down to your hand. because the wall`s and ceiling and floor will stop the high speed of the wind from the out- side of the train. but if you through a ball out of the East side of the train. when the train is going North. the ball will go South. or the force of the wind will force the ball to come back in to the window of the train. going slightly to the South. if the train is going North.

the movement within the train is directly related to or influenced by the velocity of the train hence the ball thrown inside the train falls back into the hands. GOOD QUESTION!

In both cases, the ball is subject to the inertia of the moving train, as is everything else in the train. When you through the ball outside, it still has the inertia, but you have to take into account the sever wind resistance blowing the ball back right when it goes ou the window.
