You aren't fat I bet. You just want to be as skinyy as you can be, which is normal for girls, but not healthy. Just feel beatiful. You're a model, which shows that you are pretty, thin, and a good person. That isn't overweight at all. Just eat fruits, vegetables, and drink lots of water. Maintain a healthy diet, not only to loose weight, but to feel great and healthy. If you feel like you really need to shed a few punds, take a week or two and plan some fun exercises. Try swimming, taking a walk with a friend(they can be fit too!) playing a sport(soccer,basketball) going for a run or bike ride, and any other exercises you can think of. Don't take it too hard- that won't be good. Any person is supposed to get 30-60 minutes of exercise a day atleast. Do puch ups, sit ups, lunges, squats and other exercises liek that to build muscle and do yoga or pilates to make your muscles long and lean. Do 20-30 min. of aerobics. Get plenty of sleep, stay away from soda and junk food, and you'll be fine. The sweets are ok to have once in a while, but not everyday. Take 1 day a week to let loose, but not too loose. Be as healthy as you can, be confident, and don't spend all your time worrying about your weight-everyone is beautiful. Good luck!

You're not fat! Don't obsess about it because it eventually can lead to not eating, stress, etc. As long as you maintain a healthy appetite, work out, and feel good about yourself.
Start by saying at least one thing you like about the way you look, and from there slowly build your self confidence. Remember, if you don't have any confidence in yourself; what makes you think others will?

UMMM.. You are not fat! You can loose water weight. I have to do that when I get bloated from drinking water all the time. I just take a few water tablets and loose a couple pounds of water weight. It is safe and gets rid of all the excess water in your bod that makes you feel fat sometimes.

You know, you could loose weight and still feel the same way. Don't get on the scale,
Just go by how your clothes fit! Eat right, exercise, be fit, healthy and strong! Celebrate your body and enjoy eating!

Well if your fat and feel that way. I can't argue your feelings. However Im 5'2" and 154. I feel good all under in my skin. It's personal.

Drink lots of water and join a gym. Then you won't feel fat. You will be too busy sweating it out on the treadmill or stairmaster.

don't feel that way and you'll be fine. =) i'm 5' 3 1/2" and i weigh about 100-105 lbs.. we're not much of a difference. =)
