France definitely.

The UN may vacillate and pontificate and succeed in doing very little. France on the other hand seem to think they are better than everyone else. They have consistently been voted the rudest nation on earth. They are so intent on hanging on to their ancient ideas that progress is passing them by.

Lets leave the French alone though. Their attitudes will cause the country to loose it's influence in the world and follow it's wine industry into the gutter.

The UN might be capable of reform and actually serve a useful purpose one day!!

United Nations forces are deployed around the World with a lot of men and women putting their lives on the line, and lets face it many of these places are where the USA an Britain have had involvement , so I take my hat off to them for the noble deeds they do. Kofi Annans integrity and honesty I admired for many years.
France to me operate on double standards, it was in fact them that blew up the Greenpeace boat Rainbow Warrior and were probably worried about their financial investment in Iraq, but I believe it is always good to have people who are opposed to going off and attacking any little military minnow, and bullying the rest of the world.
I wonder how derogatory you would be to the Peace keepers if tomorrow China declared war on you. Maybe then you would be looking to the UN and France as an ally
