The best way to get an ex's attention is to get a life (have a life) and go out and enjoy your day. They cannot stand it if you are out having fun, going here, going there. If you show him that you have OTHER interests (ex. tennis, golf) or whatever, that may make him do a double-take.

big is alway better so let us start with stopping to see our self as a fat pig. Go out dress well make conversation and they will come to u. Do not be desperate, and stop looking make them look and they will find u
