Today I have not been able to stand all the way straight up. I have to walk hunched over or it hurts right at my navel. It feels like a muscle stretching and it hurts pretty bad. Does anyone know any signs of what this may be?

possible hernia, ovarian cyst, tumor etc, go to ER if it persists.

Go to the doctor, now . One time that happened to me and I had to crawl to the bathroom . I went to the doctor and found out it was pelvic inflamatory diease . yuk!! very painful. It could be anything really. Just go the doctor and get off the dam computer!!

You might have a PID. This causes severe abdominal pain and can't urinate. Go to your Dr. right away.

Could be all sorts of things. You should contact your doctor especially if you have a temperature.
