He was the only zoo ologist who when died, became the most talked about occurence.. Wikipedia has immortalized him... I don't think he will be forgotten... hence he will be missed...

I, for one, will miss Mr. Steve Irwin very much...
I have already been grieving for the loss for his family and the Australia Zoo...
I grieve for all wildlife conservationists because through him,
we got to learn of things we would never see on our own...
We could never travel to the countries Steve traveled to and
get up close to all that wildlife like he did...
He was a one of a kind that brought such excitement to the
TV screen when he talked...
He will be missed by so many around the world and especially his homeland of Australia...
The look in his eye, his devotion,
the love he had for the animals,
it was unique, and it touched my heart like nothing else...
I just can't believe he's gone...
Rest In Peace Steve...
I am DEEPLY saddened...

I have great respect for his advocacy, conservationism, commitment and passion for the animal world, but his TV show was a bit over the top for me. Nonetheless, he will be missed by all - the animals he championed and the humans he educated.

I never watched that show, and YEAH I do kinda agree he shoudn't mess wit those animals in the first place, but he was STILL a nice guy. R.I.P

Yes,he will be..he showed a different side of how do handle animals..nt always fearing them,bt respecting them..I WIL MISS HIS DOCUMENTARYS!!
