I like them both for different aspects of challenge. Fishing is a sport that requires skill and ability, but it leans more to an academic and artistry ability. Hunting on the other hand relies more heavily on senses and physical skills that put you more "in the Moment" while stalking your quarry. Hunting brings me more in "touch" with the natural world around me, so I am going to say Hunting.
