I would say to go to bed around 10-10:30 P.M. You'll have at least more than the eight hours you needed for sleep and won't feel so terrible. If you don't have a curfew, it works. If you do have a curfew, go to bed after the curfew, like one hour afterwards. I don't know what you mean by medicine tips.

Do not eat and go to bed on a full stomach. Eat about 2-4 hours before you go to sleep. If you need to eat, maybe a very light snack.
You will probably feel pretty tired waking up at 7:30 am if you are not used to it or not a morning person. It won't matter much if you get 11 hours of sleep or 7 hours of sleep. I wouldn't get less then 7 hours 12:30-7:30 but 9 is probably prime 10:30-7:30. Shower helps when you get up and eat breakfast in the morning.

I have some of the same problems. You need to go to bed around 10 pm. You will fall to sleep around midnight, then get up at 7 am for school. You need to train your body to fall asleep around 10 or 11 pm. Then that will give you 8 hours to sleep and awaken at 7 am. So force yourself to go to bed at 10, then as you wear down your energy during the day, your body will get used to it and fall asleep at 11pm. Do not take a nap during the day.
My family members take melatonin to sleep.

i suggest that you do something aerobic around 6 or 7 in the evening and i guarantee you wont stay awake. I would also eat before 6pm so that your body is not generating any energy, stay away from chocolate, sugar and caffeine drinks at night also stimulants. i would also turn off the tv and computer and phone and try reading bf bed. In the morning make sure that you eat breakfast, maybe even a sugary cereal because now you need the quick energy to get going.

At your age, you need about 9 hours of sleep per night, so you should be in bed by 10:30 pm.

Many people deviate from their sleep patterns on weekends or during breaks and vacations. One should never deviate more than 2 hours from their normal bedtime, and never for more than a day or two.

Try to get 8-10 hours of sleep. And make sure your TV and video games are out of the room.
