Do you wear a weave or style your real hair? Why?

I have natural (african hair) and I wear a weave because it helps my hair grow. I know you're probably thinking "how does it make your hair grow, shouldn't it break off?" it just does. Plus my hair takes FOREVER to grow and it is not long enough to style and takes a lot of time to maintain and that's why I wear a weave so that I can get up and go. Weaves are not a bad thing!
