Exercise! Eat balanced meals. You could try running up and down the stairs instead of buying a tread mill.

try to decrease how much wheat you eat.
this will be hard, because it's in bread, pasta, and a lot of other things.

also, make sure you get the energy you need by eating fiber.
i recommend oatmeal (put brown sugar on top! yum) because the energy it gives you will last all day.

excercise,eat right,relax,strength training, and a whole lot of motivation on why you want to lose the weight....

willpower is wishy washy..you need your inner strength to be very very solid and strong for you to commit in losing weight..do you have that inner strength?
