there is not a singular best in the world.
But good bands exist.
The only one that comes to mind is The Mars Volta.
and right now the best song ive heard is the one i am listening too,
Maki Madni (Feat. Rahat Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan) by Derek Truckers Band. But then again i found it on the side of the road so who knows if that information is correct.
