You should let this guy know in a sort of friendly way that you are sweet on him and you could see if he wanted to hang out after school.After a while he will more than likely let u know if he likes u or not which he probably does. Whatever u do DONT BE SHY!! i am 13 years old and trust me ive had lotz of experience and being shy getz u absolutely nowhere. Oh yeah and be sure not to let anyone tell you that ur too young to like someone bcuz ur not

Ask him out. Or get someone to hook you guys up. Just make sure he's not with somebody already, and that you guys REALLY TRULEY feel te same way about eachother. I don't want any other hearts to break in the world. :)
