why my pc can open the chinese website and language display correctly , but when click on link it cannot display correctly and display in notepad format with rubbish word? example i go chinese website. and i want search for mp3 i click on music button but when website display it display in all rubbish word in note pad format, do any1 know the problem? pls help... thanks...

ur pc need language support plug-ins, if its a famous site u r visiting all over the world they should given plugins from there
plug-ins are small files which supports or help or even customizes ur softweres if there are no plug ins there then conact them and request

No language packs, you are running English Windows without it; that's all
Windows is taking an Automatic Install approach to it; although while language is installed, the website may have forgotten to specify the language Encoding.
Same goes to Linux; but it take a manual approach to install language packs.
