What to do with small appliances that no longer work? Where to recycle?

It's hard to find people to fix them because the cost of fixing is usually about as much as the appliance. Is there a place to recycle??

freecycle. Some one will want them

Take them to your closest garbage dump. Put them next to a bin. People look for things like them to fix or take apart for metal, copper etc Good luck Pem
