Besides being one of the coolest and best time-wasters on the Internet. It's also a pretty functional program. It's a lot better than mapquest and even (cough) Yahoo Yellow Pages for looking up businesses. Google-Earth is definitely worth downloading and trying out.

yes, it's fun and simple to use. sometimes frustrating if there aren't any satellite pictures of the area you're looking for, but i can see my house really well. the picture is a few years old, though
