Without goin into details my buddy went down the wrong path as his best Buddy I had access his parents didn't and laid it on the line damn if he don't hate me now. Hope he comes round any one else been here?

Gosh, yes. It's so damn hard!!!! but believe me you'r buddy will thank you in the end when he comes round. It's like denying a child candy so he won't get sick, and the kid screams ans throws a tantrum and won't look at you but when he grows up he know's it's 4 his own good and thanks you. wow, you have my respect dude. you did something real hard but it was the right thing to do.

Yes I feel your pain. People have to be able to make their own choices in life regardless if it is wrong in your eyes.
You can not help a person unless they want to help themselves first. Good Luck

It is also called tough love. I had to do that with my middle son. He came around beautifully. I don't think he hates me.

sure--some people just don't learn unless you put it that way.
People get sooo bull-headed that they can't see the forst for the trees!
