English is no more an "adjective" than is French, Spanish, German, or what ever. It has become the universal language though, for a L-O-N-G time that was Latin, then for a shorter time it was French. Like it or not, now it IS English.

Yes, all languages and nationalities and countries are spelt with a capital letter. The fact that it is used as an adjective is irrelevant.

If it's the name of something, its capitalized. How can you use English as an adjective? If its English teas, its saying where its from, not what the tea tastes like.
