You forgot your question mark. I know the answer but I refuse to tell you without proper punctuation.

Absolutely...all sorts of things happen outside of my presence. Who says reality must have a witness? Reality is REAL and is not impacted by my presence or absence. It just IS.

There used to be a question about if a tree fell in the forest and no one was there to hear it fall would it make noise? Of course it would, but how do you prove it? You cannot, but you have a base of reality and experience within that reality.

Hmm... I think you mean to ask if the tree falls and no one is around, does it make a sound? In your question, clearly the tree has fallen since it's obvious that the tree has changed positions (form up right to falllen). But in the case of sound, since it's only a sound if someone can hear it (think about sounds only dogs can hear, are they sounds?).

Of course - an action does not have to be observed to have happened. I don't have to see a tree fall today to recognize that it has fallen when I come across it tomorrow.

Of course the tree would fall. The world functions quite nicely without being centered on Homo Sapiens Sapiens.

Sure would have. If a man had a heart attack in the middle of the forest would it not have happened if no one was there? or just take more days to find him if no one knew where he went? Have a good one:-)

They don't fall exactly, they actually get down on their limbs to pray. The religion they practice is pronounced "eye-doll-a-tree"

If you come upon 2 trees laying down together, leave them alone, they are committing adultree.

Yes, absolutely. Nature does not wait for the observer and if you were absent that day you will need to bring a note from your mommy.
