no i still cannot believe it, i was sitting on my lounge with my son when the "breaking news" appeared i was so shocked that i actually cried, he was such a loveable guy, he lovd all things great and small, for someone who loved wrestling with crocs to be killed by a usually placid animal is so sad. i feel for his family and young childeren. as an Australian i know just how well loved he was in this country not to mention everywhere else.
he will definately be missed by everyone even those like myself who never met him.
we need more passionate people like him in this world who care so much about wildlife people and everything around him.....

Yes, his dying because of an animal was pretty much inevitable. At least he died doing something he loved, not that that is much comfort to his family right now.

I feel for his loss but anyone who is shocked didn't sotp and think about it. Handling dangerous animals on a regular basis, no matter how good you are, is eventually going to catch up with you.

it used to be funny when people used to say that one day hes gonna get bitten or die from something like that, that he does.. but now that it actually happened its not so funny anymore.. he had a child n a wife..
