i brush at night now. used to i would brush three times a day but my teeth were starting to hurt so i tuned it down a bit. sometimes you can overclean. your teeth have enamel on them, you could hurt that enamel by "whitening" them with lasers or "bleach" toothpaste. love your teeth for who they are, not for the color they are.
dont take that phrase the wrong way, my teeth are white, but they arent blinding "close your mouth i cant see anything" white.

yulp! honestly...i brush in the morning and before i go to bed...it all started with my cousin doing it then i did it for some reason and it became a habit...in a GOOD way!
