Well I think things will quickly return to normal after this truely BAD series. It makes no sense to even do this nonsense.

But I figgure that Dr. Strange will take care of the now outed heroes....or maybe this will get the Scarlet Witch back to the straight and narrow! The magic users will return things to the way they were!

I don't think they're planning to return to status quo any time soon. And I mean for like a good decade.

Spider-man, and a lot of other books, was getting stale and new ground was needed for stories. Now you have stuff like Peter's enemies might attack his students, so should he still be a teacher? And so on.

The House of M series was the big shake-up for the X-men books (really, how much were the Avengers or the FF truly affected by it?) So Civil War is the big shake-up for the rest of the Marvel U. Like the strain on Reed and Sue, and the dissolution of the New Avengers. The X-men are mostly on the sidelines here. You notice how they have Wolverine off on his own thing and not actually appearing in the Civil War books?

In the end, the series will probably establish two tiers of superhero: The publicly popular ones, and the underground ones. It will probably be this way for years.

As to your choice of Avatar, that is your choice. You have a wife you love and that is enough. Would love to see you. ;) What can I say, I am using a Yahoo avatar with wings. It represents something we care about.

But seriously, one of the changes that will be taking place with the Marvel Universe will be a division of heroes. As shown in the current issue of Wizard, there are going to be two teams of Avengers. One team will be Captain America's team and the other team will be Iron Man's Team. Also there will be divisions in the Fantastic Four. I love your comic's questions.

I think that they're three ways to put things back to normal.
way #1. the scarlet witch is found and she puts everything back to the way it was.
way #2 the scarlet witch's children: Wiccan, speed and Talia Josephine( scarlet witch and nightcrawler daughter) could combine their powers and undo what their mother did.
or way #3 it plays out and Capt. America side wins and the choice to be an agent or rogue is up to the individual.

Like most crossovers, nothing will happen or be resolved by the end.
They milked the idea of a "Mutant Menace" as alegory for racism for decades, this will be drug out in a similar manner.
