lets start off with a woman and a girl... and got to warn you about my response ... view discretion is advised ... a woman is more mature and a girl isn't all grown up in that area... woman's body is more developed ..you know where...
for the difference of a man and a boy,,, other than the size of you know what ... and the muscles i would say nothing ...
OK sorry i have got a little sense of humor... a man has better strength than a boy ... the voice is different ... muscle mass is different ... shoulders in a man is broader ... adams apple .. in a man is well developed ...

A girl is still very simple minded and has not had to experience the bad things in life that a woman has...she has much less maturity to her and her being. A woman has experienced life, the god and the bad and now knows and understands that life can throw you obstacles. That innocentness tht we lose as we grow and go through life is what defines when we become an "adult".

Normaly, girls and boys are under 18, and men and woman are 18 and older. But sometimes they use boy and girl as Genders, which would make no difference in men/boy, girl/woman.
