If your acne is in large quantities and is persistent, then definitely try some over-the counter medication and other things people have said. But from personal experience, you have to be very careful in order to avoid acne. Do not constantly touch your face throughout the day, as your hands have natural oils. Wash your face twice daily (when you wake up and before you go to bed), using mild soap and water. Pat dry with a towel and apply lotion. Do not ever try puncturing a pimple, because you will be exposing a hole in your skin which will only make the bacteria spread and acne will become worse. When your acne becomes better, switch to soap-and-water, because I have learned that bacteria will become immune to the chemicals used in medications, thus making them inaffective after a while. Good luck! :)

Try chanel pure complexion, or if you are on a budget, go to the drugstore and buy a whole line of skin care products dedicated to clearing blackheads AND acne altogether. Of course, you can't instantly zap pimples and blackheads, but they will clear up if you have persistence in a line of skincare products.

Biore works well with both.
The strips for Blackheads
and the Ice Cleanser for zits.
And toothpaste overnight works for zits too.

Microdermebrasion!
Yes, I know it sounds girly, but it works, and nobody has to know that you use it. My husband even uses it. It improves the look and feeling of your skin every time you use it. Free Samples at:
