How do I fight the Invisable creature in the dark caverns by Thais?

I just entered room an got blasted, cant see who I am fighting, any help would be appreciated

i don't know anything about the game, but i surmise it's aveyond. from what i've read in other questions, apparently you can listen for when they come near you, and turn and throw a net.

also, i'm rather upset that someone came in here to say "hi" just to get some points
