Use a shimmery gold color and apply it to the inner corner, outer corner, and a bit on the bottom lid. Skip eyeliner. The shimmery gold color will create an effect to make your eyes stand out, and it makes your skin look less pale.

Al-may makes this Intense i-color eyeshadow for different color eyes and you should try the one for blue eyes. It's a palette with 3 colors, a brown and 2 shades of blue. I use the one for brown eyes and I love it. If you don't like it you should try purples and lavenders, their the universal color that looks good on anyone. Try a plum color from your eyelashes to the crease and then shimmery lavendar above that. I plum for brown eyeliner would look good with that. And if your eyelashes are also strawberry blond, use a brown mascara, black would be too overpowering.

Try getting Almay Intense i-color for blue eyes. It is three different shadows that are together in one pack. The three colours are Brown, to put on the lids of your eyes, Blue, to put in the crease of your eyes, and Lightblue, to put above the rest. For an eyeliner, you might want to go with Brown Topaz because that's what you want for blue eyes. Finally, just go Brown Topaz or a regular brown mascara, since black won't look that good with your eye color and the shadows. This will make your eyes look fuller and bigger, and it will also look good with your hair and skin colour.

I have the same hair, skin and eye colors as you and I really like to wear a smokey eye look using black eyeliner blended into a burgundy shadow. Then I finish with black masacra on my upper and lower lashes. I like to use the burgundy, because I like to emphasize my big eyes more than anything else and I think that the color makes them brighter in a way. Make sure you use a similar colored blush, but apply it lightly. Then use a bare or nude colored lip shade. You'll be gorgeous!

You should wear black or brown around your eyes. I would do brown in the day and black at night for added emphasis. Try to do a smokey effect by using a soft pencil with an eyeliner brush to blend it in. You can used a lighter shade, almost nude under your brown to highlight and bring out your eyes.

try light colors, for example, pale (not bright) pink, lavendar, very light earth tones. a little bit of light brown eyeliner too. don't make anything really vibrant or dark.

I would focus on the eye liner, but then use blue, pink and brown tones.
