i have the list of channels that my apt complex gave me when i moved in, and its not even listed...

could it be called something else?

You need to check with you cable provider if he has license to show Animal Planet. If yes and ask for the Frequency at which.

Animal Planet isn't part of my basic cable package. I have to have the Standard Cable package. Yours could be different. Check with your cable company website. They should have what's listed for each tier of service.

Where do you live? I work for the cable company maybe I can help if you live in my state. Here it is channel 30, listed as APL.

No it's still the animal planet, but basic cable doesn't cover it.

Look for the letter APL

Or go to the TV guide provided thru Yahoo and you should find it

Here in AZ it's on channel 67.

It could have the word "Discovery" in front of it.
