Practice dancing (Doesn't matter what type) and stretch.

These 2 are the basic and most important part in cheerleading if you want to be more flexible.

the only real way to become more flexable is with a daily routine of stretching. Monitor your stretches and when they become too mundane and easy to to, push just a little bit further.

Don't overdo! you can easily hurt yourself without realizing it.

warm up your muscles first with cardio, then hold your moves for 3 minutes..just lay there and watch tv in that position, or do a yoga..ummm, and focus on something other than the pain, if it doesn't hurt your not progressing. Don't do any sudden stretching, that could cause a muscle tear.

Have lots of sex! I heard cheerleaders were good at that. No just kidding. Practice and exercise. Your body will get used to the bending and stretching. Relax. You sound so tense and hostile.
