He is circumsized and this has never happened to him before, anyone know why this happens?

This is just something that can happen. It is not a health problem and is not abnormal

Very cold water causes shrinkage. Or maybe it's like a turtle and something scared him so he's hiding.

Often times blood flow is diverted to other parts of the body and can cause this to happen. Its very typical.

The same thing happened to me the first time earlier this summer for a couple of days, and then it was normal again. Don't worry about it. :-P

maybe he just as more skin than others if thats it, itshouldnt affect sex or anything like that.
