is driving me crazy! i want to send it so when people open it it opens up like when you choose 'view show' but everytime i send it it just opens up like when i was creating it. what am i doing wrong? how do i send it to people so it is already and automatically viewed as its supposed to be!!??

Save the presentation in pps format. When opened, it will automatically go through the show without the person having to do anything. They do not even have to have powerpoint on their computer. You do have to put an automatic transition between each frame.
Click on save as..., and under where you would enter the filename, change the file type to powerpoint show (*.pps).

Well first, they need to have Powerpoint on their computer. Are you trying to embed the file? You just want it to show when they open their e-mail, most people's e-mail won't allow that.

you can save powerpoints as a .exe file that way you dont actually need powerpoint to run it, the only downfall is that you cant eddit it again

in my opinion its not possible u should attached it in the mail and when the desire user c ur mail he will download it and c it,
u should save it in presentation format.

Rename the file and change its extension from ".ppt" to ".pps".
