You need to add more details, where are you America or Iran or where???
But anyway to answer your question - you can't. My cousins have tried and only half of the time are they successful. One went to Iran and met someone and after 3 weeks got married, once he brought her back to America she was some kin d of psycho so they divorced. The other went to Iran and was lucky enough to meet a decent girl, but they are not trully inlove because of the circumstances. Plus it ook him 3 years to finally get her a visa and get her hear. If you are willing to live there and really get to know woman there then you can maybe find your dream girl.
I don't know what you mean by dream girl anyway, there is no such thing. Everyone has flaws and when you get know someone you might get disappointed if you expect them to be your dream.

Put on an American Military uniform and just mosey down the street. You will get plenty that way. Don't forget to take a George Bush poster with you and hold it up in the air.
