It is true that the easiest way to do this for yourself is to get a graphics program. But you probably don't want to lay out the cost of the ones mentioned so far.
I suggest you try IrfanView -- a good and FREE little graphics program that includes the ability to create a new image, insert text and flip it horizontally to produce "miror-image" writing.
Several links for downloading it may be found at:

The phenomenon to which you're referring is called "mirror writing." There is no easy way to do this (including flipping the letters) with a computer program. As a matter of fact, it is often an assignment in software engineering classes to create right to left text in English, but without the individual letter flipping.
The first site below is an example of such an assignment, and as you'll note, the professor says he won't ask for individual letter flipping, because it's difficult. Therefore, I'd guess that you might be unlikely to find an example of what you're looking for on the web.
Leonardo da Vinci wrote many of his notes in mirror writing, so if you want to see Italian mirror writing, you could look at his "Vitruvian Man" notes, for instance.
The second site below (from Wikipedia) provides an image of da Vinci's "Vitruvian Man" in which you can clearly see his notes in mirror writing. This site is helpful in a couple of other ways as well, notably, in that it provides a couple of ways to produce mirror writing (by hand).
There are, however, downloadable mirror fonts available online. Maybe someone can help with this.

I've never even THOUGHT about mirror-writing on the computer before - and I can only suggest that you use an image software (a photo-something, or an 'illustrator' something) that includes text, write it the normal way round, save it as an image, then edit it by flipping the whole thing ... I have seen software in the past where you could flip the whole image, making it a mirror-image, but I'm afraid I can't remember now which software it was ...

Well, I just experimented. I wrote something on Photostudio, saved it as a j-peg, then opened it with preview and flipped it horizontally. I don't know whether PCs have something that can 'flip', but I expect so..! Check out your own software, and see what you can find.

What you describe is called "Mirror Writing." A famous genius who used it was Leonardo di Vinci in his notes. We presume the notes were for himself only. But I doubt if anyone else would have been perplexed by them. Try this site to start your quest.
