my brother keeps downloading limewire so i want to block the site, and put a password on it so that he cant unblock it.

If you have internet explorer, than here are the steps:
1. On your internet explorer, all the way on tthe to are toolbars that says Files and bla bla bla.
2. Find Tools and click on it,
3. Scroll down and click internet options.
4. In the internet options there are lots of bars like General, security and such and such.
5. Than find Content. Go look at the section named Content Advisor then do the following...

or else you can use Internet Explorer Content Advisor to block a particular website.... but than you need to remember the supervisor password for that. Here are the steps:
Internet Explorer > Tools > Option > 'Content' tab > you will see the first option as Content Advisor > Click on enable button and follow the instructions....

well if you got IE. go to tools, and then internet options, then security, then restricted sites, and put in the url. also some firewalls will also allow you to do that too. and you can change the settings so only the admistrator can download programs. also go to www.komando.com good info there

hi, i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. which can block any site as you wish.

besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.

firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.
