if you are using router log into the root page (192.168.0.1) and then there should be a link to block sites (add limewire.com, limewire) in dialog and this should block the site permanently.

You can block the site by adding the site to your restricted list under Internet Options. Only problem with that though is your brother will just get someone else to download it for him and send it to him via e-mail or possibly go to another site that has it & download it from there. Plus there are other programs similar to Limewire that he can download to replace Limewire. To name a few there's: Filetopia, Kazaa, & iMesh.

Your best bet, in my opinion, is to create a user account just for him (either a guest or limited account) and an administrator account for yourself. The guest account will prevent him from installing any kind of software. The administrator account will allow you to do everything he can't do. For more details see the link below.

look you cant block any websites unless you buy software designed to do that...

putting sites names in restricted site area wont help....

say you have a smaller brother and you dont want him to access a particular site say site xxx....
he will be able to go to site xxx by bypassing the firewall.... he can goto a web address http://www.flyproxy.com

now this website will bypass any restriction that you on your computer or firewalls....

so really u cant restrict or out passwords anywhere... unless you a buy a expensive software...

hope this helps
~cheers ~
