I need your experience?

Question

My boyfriend and I are thinking about buying a modular house...but we are afraid that is not solid enough, that we will have problems with it or that it is not good like brick houses... what are your experiences? is modular house the same thing as fabricated house? English is not my native language so I am not sure. thanks

architecture and structural engeneering is not my field but I will say this at the lower end of the safety scale you have mobile homes then as you move up you have your modular homes , prefabricated, wooden brick and finally at the top you have your reinforced concrete homes if that is of any help to you Gorbalizer
