my brother keeps downloading limewire so i want to block the site, and put a password on it so that he cant unblock it.

You need to specify what Operating System you are using, if it is XP you can use his account log in to do Control of where he can go and what he can do on your system.. right click on my computer and go to manage, then go to users, on his account.. take away administrator rights.. or when setting up his account you can give him limited rights.. almost like parental locks.. if it is another OS, let me know... and I will give you the steps for that..

if you are on a network, go inside the router and block limewire. make sure he does not know the password to the router. if you do not have a network, put a program such as zonealarm or norton internet security on his computer and block limewire.com and limewire.exe so he can not download it and even if he does get it, he cant use it.
