if you have a friend that works at a phone company and is cool. get it free. that is the cheapest. but if ur looking for a legal way. then get the Lifeline Plan. they cut off both ur arms and give you a cell phone for free and a payment of 1-2 dollars a month. yes, its in the USA and almost every company should have it.

Boost Mobile or Trac Phone they are both pretty good. the Boost Mobile has the two-way just like nextel. i have boost and i like it. i get better service with it than trac phone cause where i live i dont always have reception in some area's with trac.
