If he has wiped out Mankind how were you able to watch him, to ask this question and for me to be able to answer you?

well if he wiped out mankind he could go to a broadcasting studio, set all the equipment up himself to broadcast over tv and over the radio, but if mankind is wiped out then who would be watching and listening to him broadcast? nobody!!
