Steve Irwin has died because he wasn't afraid to be passionate about his chosen lifestyle. It's a shame the majority won't live, or die, with such passion.
Personally, I want to die falling from a horse whilst attempting to jump a huge hedge (so long as the horse is OK). I'd prefer to do it later rather than sooner, but I don't want to die in monotonous misery.
We all die at some point, I'm glad a guy like Steve Irwin did it doing something he loved.
And I'm glad it wasn't a crocodile, at least some of the unsympathetic, too scared to live their own lives, gits can't say "I told you so" quite as emphatically...

anaconda LOL those are too rare. stingray obvious answer i think it attacked him becuase it saw him as a predator he was doing something wrong. stingray bite is very painful to treat. if a stingray hurts u in the leg u have to act fact and poor as much hott hott water as a person can stand on the leg without getting the skin to open up even worse. thats just one way to cure a stingray attack. and stingray attacks are very rare i guess steve was just at the wrong place at the wrong time and not very careful.
