Because the original seal has failed and air has entered the cavity, condensing and misting up the inner section of glass
You don't say how old your sealed units are so they may still be under guarantee.
If not I'm afraid you need a new sealed unit

As said before, the seal has broken on the window. What is really interesting is how the moisture seems to be drawn into a window. I had a zip-loc bag sitting on my deck over the winter and was surprised to find about a 1/4 cup of water in it by spring time. I think what happens is the sun shines on it and air gets pushed out. In the evening, moist air is drawn into the cavity. This process is repeated every day and eventually you have a significant amount of water in your window.

Bcoz the drongo who assembled your sealed unit did not take care to ensure the mastic was properly on all the way round.
you could ask the fitter nicely to put you an extra layer of mastic round your new unit, it can be setting while he takes the old one out

Because of water condensing from trapped air between the panes. The air is there because it is virtually impossible to create and maintain a vaccuum.
