In my view it only breaks etiquette rules if you display your "Jardin" unwittingly or accidentally...It can be quite exciting and fun to feel that cool breeze and and be the only one who knows you are au natural...and especially in certain places or w/ certain people...this will be unique to each bare bottomed beauty!

No it is not inappropriate to forget or purposely forget your panties.
It breaks etiquette if other people, other than the person you are trying to seduce knows. But who cares it is exciting, I myself periodically go commando . . . and occasionally, leave the door open to let in the breeze.

It never matters. Unless you're on an upper storey of a building with glass floors. Whether it's an advantage or disadvantage after that depends.

I think it's inappropriate when it will be noticeable like when you're wearing a really short miniskirt.

If it's going to be hot (weather), that's innapropriate. You need that layer to absorb sweat. As sexy as it is, it's a very dirty area, for girls and guys. If you go out with your lover and whisper it into his ear, that is much more appropriate!
