No it is not inappropriate to forget or purposely forget your panties.
It breaks etiquette if other people, other than the person you are trying to seduce knows. But who cares it is exciting, I myself periodically go commando . . . and occasionally, leave the door open to let in the breeze.

no its not a big deal honestly. with etiquette you would wear a slip to cover any panty lines under your fully covering dress so cant see that being a big problem

GET REAL IF YOU WANNA GET IN TROUBLE. who is sure your not gonna offend someone so the best place to not wear panties is at home.if a tree falls in the woods and no one is around does anyone hear it?

Lots of people go commando and some do it on a regular basis. No biggy. But its kinda safer to do so !
