If you cross the football in from the corner and it stops dead and balances on the goal "LINE", what is it??

Well the rules regarding that have changed recently, to answer your question it would not be a goal, the rules state that the ball has to be completely over the line in order for it to be a goal.

Until the whole of the ball crosses the line (which is exactly below the crossbar) it is still in play. The goalie would probably jump up and grab it.
