A guy i loved, left me, and said he didnt want anything to do with me because i hurt his feelings. Then he came back again today, saying that he still really loves me and cant be without me. This is not the first time he says he wants to break up with me, but then holds back from it. What does this mean??

It means you are a moron for not booting him out on his but for good. He says he is breaking up so he can go bang some whore with a clear conscience. Then when he is done with her or she doesn't want him or he can't find anyone better he comes back to you!

It could mean that you are his 'back up plan' if he doesn't have some other girl he's messing around with.
Or it could mean that he is really immature and doesn't know what he wants or how to act.
IT is probably both.
