It used to be south park, but south park really went downhill starting with season 8. Nearly every episode since the season 8 premier has been overly serious, too heavily based in political commentary, or just had a dark and eerie feel to it. It's really not a comedy anymore but a cleverly disguised springboard for political commentary. Even though I agree with many of the points the creators of South Park make, I still don't turn to comedy central for political enlightenment.

South Park. Ever since the SP episode where the trashed the Family Guy, I can't even watch FG anymore. It's seriously the same show over and over again. Although Stewie still cracks me up.
I love SP's political humor. The show is deep and can be laughed at on many levels.

u cant compare the two theyre too diff and use different joke types to get their messages through they're both hilarious tho.
Family guy usually has me laughing the most because it throw jokes out there more often, but south park is my all time favorite.
It all depends on ur personal choice really

Family Guy because for the more intelligent people its hard to find the humour in a bunch of 6 year old kids who swear and live unrealistic lives. Family guy is relatable and its so ridiculous its funny.
