Assuming that you are using some version of Microsoft Windows, they basically work the same way. Right click on the task bar. Select "Properties" from the menu. Now click the check box next to "Show clock" and that should do it.

Right click on the taskbar (the bar at the bottom with the Start button)
Select Properties
Go to the Taskbar page (if it does not open there)
Check "Show the Clock"

it should already be installed it comes already with the operating Windows that you have installed and it should all ready be on your computer.

In Windows, its automatticly installed.
