What is the necessity for the weird names and ebonics from the trashy blacks?

"Fo Sho, Da'Shun"

Really? WTF?

Oh, and the whole "African-American" thing. Were you born in Africa? More than likely not. If you want to be categorized as an African, then move over there. Decent black people don't consider themselves "African-Americans", they're just simply an American. The ones that want to be referred to as that are called ****ers that want to stir trouble and run to the NAACP.

Yes I do have alot of Black friends, not ****er friends, as I don't associate myself with such trash. Just as there's white ****ers as well. There's trash in every race as well as decent people. You just have to weed out the good from the bad. Call me a racist or what have you, I really don't give a care. Opinions are like azzholes, everybody has one. If you feel the need to report me, then do whatever makes your toes curl, as I did say, if you are easily offended, don't bother.

Star_girl: Hun, I have no anger, it was simply a question posted for opinions. To answer your question about stereotyping certain people as "trash". Trash: drug dealers/users, child molesters, rapist, murderers, hookers, etc.. As I said in my original statement, there are good and bad in every race. As for God loving everyone, he sure does. As for me loving everyone, I love everyones soul, but I dislike the things people do as people dislike the things that I do.

Dymphna Le Fay: What would I call them? An American. Nothing more nothing less. If you were born in Africa and come over here, then yes, you are an African-American. The case being if you were born anywhere else and come over here for citizenship. If you are born here, no matter what your race, then you are an American. The people that come over here from other countries do so to get away from whatever their living situation was like there to have freedom and things that they didn't have wherever they came from. I personally know of someone who came from Africa and he wants to be classified as just an American, nothing Africanized about him, but his accent.

Im not offended and I am half black and half white. I know what you mean about black people's slang but that is just the way they talk I am not saying that they are uneducated but if you notice, alot of them look down upon education (NOT all, but alot) you see, when white people talk and use proper english, they call them ''corny'', or laugh and make fun of it...look at the show The Fresh Prince of Bel Air....why does Carlton seem to make everyone laugh so much? Because he uses proper english? Whats funny about it and whats to look down upon? I think its just a way that has been alive for years. Its more of an unconscious feeling. My friend and I had a discussion about something similar to this before and she brought up a good point. She said maybe its because lacking knowledge is instilled in their heads because they have been brainwashed from the slave days. Back then, they had to teach their children to be weak or they would get killed, teach them to basically be stupid and that knowledge was ''bad'' now it seems as if it has passed on from generation to generation...not as bad as it use to be and yes it is fading but the concept still exist. Now that we went over the ''whys'' maybe you have a better understanding of their ways and language lol I do know what you mean. Also, upbringing has alot to do with it too. How you are raised determines alot. I have a son and I'll be damned if he fits the typical stero-type of black male when he gets older. He will NOT be ''ganster'' and will go to school and be something and WILL talk proper english and have a real job etc. I will make SURE of it....he has to know hes better than that..I think alot of parents messed up there not showing their children enough love and letting them live by the streets etc...if someone was around to tell them and show them that they are better than that maybe they wouldnt of ended up as thugs.

Besides it is a free contry and if you are truly concerned reach out and be a big brother and teach kids to do and be their best.

you certainly have a factor. the completed project with the well known woman is double typical feminism. case in point, "i'm able to do something a guy can do." yet "carry the door open for me, pull out my chair for dinner, and don't make me take out the rubbish." additionally women human beings tend to have the comparable perspectives while it involves violence against the choice intercourse. If a woman chops off a guy's penis and places it interior the rubbish disposal "sturdy for her" using fact he cheated. (in case you like data watch "The View") in spite of the shown fact that if a guy does the comparable element to a girl this is an outrage. Sorry i be responsive to this could be slightly long yet you have hit on slightly a cleansing soap field of mine. women human beings could end being double typical, you won't be in a position to reject your femininity one minute purely to hurry to declare it back while this is handy for you. i'm not asserting women each and every person is inferior yet i'm asserting that we (yep this is acceptable we i'm a woman) are distinctive and could desire to incorporate that. So fellow women human beings, don't be such heavy exceeded feminist yet instead include your differences as a woman and attain this is rewards.

Originally the word was *********, and it referred to someone who was tight with his money, and had a bad disposition, the typical Scrooge of Dickens's "A Christmas Carol." As usual, words shorten and take on noun status, but even then it had no reference to race, but described a man (usually) who wouldn't take care of his family. I don't know when or why it got assigned to only blacks, but it's a misuse of the word. As you said, the "N" word can describe anyone.

Yes, I agree proper English is important, but slang has been going on for a long time and often reaches the status of being accepted, much to the dismay of those who wanted to be different. Take for example, "groovy, far out, cool, bad" and even "slip me some skin, daddy-o".

So what is your question?

Like you said there are ignorant and trashy people in every race. But there are also nice people in every race too. And anyway, what difference does it make? I mean what's your point? There's good and bad in us all. Why not just let it go and love everybody?

Besides God does tell us to love everyone, but that doesn't mean we have to like everyone or associate with everyone (He even tells us not to associate with some people). You can love people you don't like.

Um...Buck. You seem to have a lot of anger. What made you think of this question? Also, I feel that no one is trash. Just because of someones situation or attidude, it doesn't make them "trash". I'm slightly offended. But we have freedom of speach in america (supposidly) and I don't mind challenging your opinion. So yeah, that's all I have to say for the time being. Seriously, What made you think to ask this?
