I just bought some white eye liner and I dont know how to use it. How do I use it. Please help

Apply white eyeliner to inner rim of your eye, to make your eyes appear brighter and wide awake.

White eye-liner is usually bought in order to make the eyes look larger, as oppose to larger eyes where you would use black eye-liner to create the illusion of smaller eyes. Follow the line where your bottom eye-lashes are from one corner to the next.

use it just as you use your other eye liners,
except if its liquid. if it is, don't use it on the bottom eyelid.
and since its a unique color, add a little tip to the end of your eyes, see if that fits your 'look' you have going

on your lower inner lid and in the inner corner of the eye: that little angle of skin before the duct, this makes the whites appear bigger, advancing the eyes

lower eye line, similar to black or wotever, but it makes your eyes look big and exciting...........
