Let me get this right..this is "her" assignment????
Be that as it may......a "survey" is NOT science, it's an opinion poll....to turn this project into science...she [you] MUST use some form of statistical analysis.....
No way around it...without the stat....a "survey" is NOT science
If her teacher gave this assignment without any mention of stat...
probably one of two reasons
probably an elementary/middle school teacher with limited understanding of mathematical or scientific procedure...especially about "surveys"
or
a high school teacher that is just giving "busy" work
[and while I hope not...it is possible that a high school science teacher lacks this fundamental understanding of math/science]
