If you don't like the situation your in then change it and if it means leaving one relation for peace then do it. People sometimes stay in a situation they can;t handle. They repeat the same offenses and never learn from the first. Sooner or later you get a wake up call. The you motivate to the higher moutains.

If he truly feels this way about her then her Bipolar would not bother him! He would except it and understand the reason why this is happening and stand by her! He said that he loves everything about her and that he accepts her for who she is, if this is true, then you should not be asking this question!!
If you are the one that has Bipolar, and he is standing by you, then you should be Thankful to God that you are with a man that believes in Love & Marriage and who is Honest & True To You, and To The Vows that was Given in the Eyes of God! Don't look at your self as being a burden to him, even though I know that it is very hard for you not too! I Pray that you also Love him Uncondictionally! Because He Is Showing You How Much His Love For You Is Unconditional!
God Bless You Both!!!!!

It's his choice to stay with her honey and there isn't anything you can say or do to change his mind. Unlike, you, he's realized this is a disease. He may not like all the things that come along with it, but if he truly loves her, he'll see her for who she really is, rather than how everyone else sees her. It's like cancer. Would you leave a person you loved just because they had cancer and it was going to be life altering for you? Doubtful. Well bi-polar disorder is a disease of the mind. It's not curable but medication will help them. I wish I had a better answer for you, but nobody said life was to be a cake walk. It's hard and some situations are even harder. Just keep in mind that God will not give this man anymore than he can handle.

If he accepts her as she is, of course he should continue to stay with her. If he didn't it would contradict the acceptance.
